By accessing a VentureSense website or service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Separate orders, proposals, or product terms prevail for the service they cover.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and must not use the services where prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls, court orders, or other law.

Zurvek is the first commercial expression of VentureSense’s decision-infrastructure thesis. It delivers structured first-pass venture evaluation through software. CHETRA and NIRNAE are in development and are not represented as generally available services.

Outputs support human review and do not constitute investment, legal, accounting, statutory, credit, or fiduciary advice. You remain responsible for verifying material facts, obtaining professional advice, and making every final decision.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant VentureSense the limited rights needed to process that content, provide the requested service, secure operations, comply with law, and maintain agreed records. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorised material.
• Do not probe, bypass, overload, scrape, or interfere with services or access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer protected methods or use outputs to build a competing evaluation engine.
• Do not present analytical outputs as regulated advice or a guaranteed result.
• Do not use the services to make unlawful discriminatory or fully automated binding decisions.

Where a product requires an account, you must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. Access may be reviewed, limited, or suspended to protect users, data, service integrity, or legal compliance.

Product-specific pricing, evaluation allowances, payment terms, taxes, renewals, and refunds are governed by the applicable product page, accepted order, or written proposal. This parent-company page does not replace those commercial terms.

VentureSense and its licensors retain rights in the services, methods, interfaces, research, branding, documentation, and site content. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the applicable service under these terms and an accepted order.

VentureSense may use operational telemetry and appropriately de-identified or aggregated information to secure, measure, and improve its services where permitted by contract and law. Customers may request information about available controls through the privacy contact. This clause does not transfer ownership of submitted source material.

Services may rely on contracted providers or link to third-party websites. VentureSense is not responsible for independent third-party content, terms, or availability, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Planned capabilities and research directions are not delivery commitments unless included in a signed agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, public websites and services are provided on an “as available” basis. VentureSense does not warrant that analytical outputs are complete, error-free, suitable for a particular transaction, or predictive of future outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, VentureSense is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from service use. Any direct-liability cap in an accepted order or proposal governs that paid service. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment under applicable commercial terms, or where continued provision would violate law. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

These terms are governed by Indian law. The parties should first attempt good-faith written resolution. Unless an accepted order states otherwise or applicable law requires another forum, courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
