By accessing and using VentureSense.AI platform operated by VentureSense Technologies LLP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Service Description
VentureSense.AI provides AI-driven startup evaluation and investment analysis services including:
- Zurvek Engine - adversarial AI due diligence and decision support for investors (live)
- CHETRA - Public Service Performance OS for government schools and hospitals (in development)
- NIRNAE - forensic money-trail engine for government financial audit (in development)
User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
Acceptable Use
- Use services only for legitimate investment analysis purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
AI Analysis Disclaimer
Our AI-powered analysis and scoring systems are tools designed to assist in investment decision-making. However, you acknowledge that:
- AI predictions are not guarantees of future performance
- Investment decisions should consider multiple factors beyond our analysis
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
- Past performance does not indicate future results
Limitation of Liability
VentureSense Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services.
Subscription and Payment
Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months of service
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
